This is because there will be less distraction at this hour of the day, making you more focused. There will likely be fewer phone calls and text messages coming in, so concentrating and working on yourself will be effortless.

It is pretty standard at this point to check my phone and respond to your messages and emails. When I'm replying to messages, I don't forget about my water; I keep it in my hand and take small sips now and again.


Take a walk

I then put on my sneakers and go for a stroll with my pedometer on my wrist, which helps me track my steps and monitor my heart rate.

My goal is to walk and count at least 10,000 steps every occasion. That is for going out and returning home.

On lovely days when delightful weather is, I also go for a run.


I then head straight to have my bath to freshen up.

The next thing I look forward to doing is reading books, and this is essential to me since reading refreshes and keeps the mind engaged.

I spend roughly about 40 minutes reading before dressing up for work.
