How possibly can you still have fun like you used to with your friends whiles pregnant? I know this question is one that most pregnant women want to find answers to.
I know the
stress and boredom which always come with carrying a baby, and having fun with
friends can be one great way to release those built-up stress.
I remember
when my wife was pregnant, she decided to stop doing certain things because she
was afraid for the safety of the baby, which I totally agreed with her on that
but having fun with her friends was one I wasn’t in full support of because I knew
that will lead to emotional stress and depression. Hence, I had to do a lot of
research and ask some medical friends and doctors to help me with what she could
do in terms of having fun with her friends, which would not put her life or that
of the baby in danger.
Luckily for
us, we were able to document everything down to share that
with the world one day.

I will be providing aren’t anything as crazy that you probably didn’t know of; they are just the everyday things most friends engage in.

pregnant.
1. Go on a hike;
Studies have shown that exercising during pregnancy can really help the mother a lot because it helps keep your weight in check and also helps in reducing complications during pregnancy.
But of
course, it should be in a safe environment, and the walking should also be slow-paced.
This can be
a fun activity you can do with your friends while discovering new places or
scenery.
2. Go for a vacation;
Some may
call this a babymoon; you might want to say that going on a vacation
with friends can really help you out a lot in dealing with stress, at least
before the baby comes.
It will be a
bit difficult to do that when nursing a baby, so this will definitely be the
right time for you to go on that short vacation with your friends and have fun
whiles doing it.
3. Girl’s party date;
Another great
fun activity an expecting mother can do is organize a party to have fun
with the girls. You can play fun games like you used to, do some little gossip
(not too much, though, lol), and eat whatever you are craving whiles enjoying yourself.
Remember to
stay away from drinking alcohol whiles partying since it can be perilous
for the child.
4. Go for a photoshoot;
Since you
only got one shot at being pregnant with that particular baby you are carrying,
wouldn’t it be fun to create some exciting memories for your child that you
can tell him about when he grows up with the pictures as a reference?
I believe it
will be something your child will find interesting. Let your friends join you
in making this memory together by wearing matching outfits with just you
looking odd in a different outfit among them.
My wife had
a similar photoshoot, which turned out to be stunning.
5. Beach time;
Why not help
relax your mind with the cool breeze of the sea with your friends?
Many studies
have shown that going to the beach can help improve your well-being and also
help improve your health.
For this
reason, the beach can be an exciting destination to head to with your friends
to have fun. Again, you can play games, chat, and interact with new people.
